Effy Coming To ESW
Current GCW World Champion will make ESW debut in May
Empire State Wrestling will return to Buffalo RiverWorks on
Friday, May 16 with Brawlfest 2025. As one of ESW's marquee
events of the year, Brawlfest will feature the debut of GCW
World Champion Effy, along with several other top
independent national and local wrestling talent.
Effy is one of the most in-demand independent wrestlers on
the current scene. Along with being one of the most well-
known members of the GCW roster and its top titleholder, he
also held the GCW Tag Team Championship with previous ESW
guest Allie Katch. Effy wrestled internationally in Canada,
Japan, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and France, as
well.
Also scheduled for Brawlfest 2025:
*National Wrestling Alliance's Spencer Slade versus the
returning "Blue Thunder" Jay Freddie
*A Four-Way Tag Team Match featuring CXR, Edge of Hope
(Jeremiah Richter & Darren Crowe), High Seas and Vinnie Moon
& Will Calrissian
*Also in action: ESW Heavyweight Champion Vince Valor, ESW
Women's Champion Christina Marie, ESW Interstate Champion
James Sayga, and "Big League" John McChesney
