Multiple sources have reported Rey Fenix has been removed from
the AEW roster page received his release from AEW and is now a
free agent.

There was controversy between AEW and Rey Fenix when his
contract was extended due to injury time injured even though
he wanted his release. There are multiple stories about
negotiations that went on involving Rey Fenix and PENTA prior
to their contracts expiring. Penta hit free agency and made
his WWE debut in January.

As a free agent, Penta is expected to show up on WWE
television soon with reports creative plans are being
developed for him.
