Jade Cargill returned at the Elimination Chamber and took
out Naomi, who seemingly was the one who attacked Cargill
late last year on Smackdown.
Just before the women’s Elimination Chamber match kicked off
with Liv Morgan and Naomi, Cargill’s theme song kicked in to
a big pop from the crowd. Cargill marched down the long
aisle as cameras focused on a shocked Liv Morgan who looked
like she saw a ghost.
Morgan pleaded her case saying it wasn’t her as Cargill came
down to the ring and before she entered, Cargill said, “I
know it wasn’t you.”
With Cargill in the ring, she faked going after Liv until
pivoting and went straight after Naomi. The crowd chanted
“holy shit” as Cargill decimated the former one half of the
WWE Women’s Tag Team champions. Cargill slammed Naomi in
several pods, with Bianca Belair screaming in her own pod
not believing what was happening.
Referees tried to break up the fight but fans chanted “let
them fight.” Naomi wanted to escape the Chamber structure
but Cargill broke free of the refs and slammed the rolling
door in Naomi, who had half her body outside the cage.
The Toronto crowd sang “goodbye” to Naomi as Cargill left to
a big ovation and looking like a killer.
Naomi was subsequently eliminated from the match as she was
unable to continue, doing the stretcher job.
