CTInsider.com is reporting that WWE has managed to sell its
former production studios located on Hamilton Avenue in
Stamford to Developer V20 Group who intends to convert the
site into a high-end warehouse for distribution or other
uses.
The total value for the location plus two adjacent lands
were approximately $7.5 million.
The studios featured 33,000 square feet of space on the
ground floor on a three acre lot and the adjacent properties
had an additional four acres.
WWE has moved all of its operations to their new state-of-
the-art headquarters at Washington Blvd.
Their previous HQ, known as Titan Towers, is still for sale.
