SportsVideo.org has a cool story about a new project that
WWE has just launched, a complex titled The Studios at WWE,
a 30,040-square-foot, state-of-the-art production facility.

The facility will be used for WWE in-studio shows as well as
rented for external clients who are looking to produce shows
with cutting-edge technology.

A total of five different studios make up The Studios at WWE
says Joe Solari, the company’s Vice President of Studio
Operations.

“We’ve been bringing people in over the past few days to
look at the space that we created, and I think everybody’s
very excited to get in there and to create on the stages,”
he said. “It gives us new tools and a new canvas to push the
limits of what we do here at the WWE. We can take our
productions to the next level and really increase our fan
engagement.”

The main studio is 5,000 square feet, there’a a 1,500 square
feet volumetric LED studio, a 1,500 Cyclorama studio, and
two smaller stages around 600 square feet plus a photo
studio of 1,000 feet and everything is controlled from two
control rooms.

The Studios at WWE is also equipped with a virtual
production stage, with virtual sets something that WWE uses
a lot for their studio shows.

A full list of equipment and how they made it all possible
is part of the wider, more in-depth article at
