Complain as much as you might about WWE, smart mark and fanboy (and girl) alike, you’ll be watching it. No matter what you say, you’ll be watching it; whether at your house, at a friend’s house, at a local watering hole, or via um…. “other methods”.

Since everyone else is…here are some semi-educated (or uneducated) predictions on tonight’s show:

Intercontinental Championship (pre-show)
Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett vs. The Miz

It sucks that these two are getting stuck on the pre-show, after all the work they’ve tried to do to give Barrett a new character, and after all the work The Miz does for WWE, period. Barrett retains by pinfall.

WWE Tag Team Championship: WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No vs. Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston (with AJ)
Danielson and Kane retain their Tag Team Titles

Ryback vs. Mark Henry: Ryback goes over by pinfall.

Randy Orton, Sheamus, and Big Show vs. The Shield: The Shield wins, after Orton winds up turning on either Sheamus or Big Show (who a lot of people figure would be the one to turn) to cause the pinfall.

World Heavyweight Championship: World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio vs. Jack Swagger – Del Rio wins by pinfall after a hard physical match, then loses his title to Dolph Ziggler.

No Holds Barred Match; If Lesnar wins, Triple H must retire: Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar – Lesnar wins by pinfall, and sends HHH full time to running WWE

The Undertaker vs. CM Punk If not tonight, when? If not him, who? My prediction is that The Streak ends tonight. The Streak will only have value if its end is used to push someone to the next level.

CM Punk wins after interference by The Shield breaks up a pin attempt by Undertaker, then Punk winds up winning by pinfall. Given Undertaker’s physical issues, it may be about time to do this and pass the torch. There’ve been stories that Undertaker thinks Punk has a legit respect for the wrestling business. Who better than to put over by letting him end The Streak?

WWE Championship: WWE Champion The Rock vs. John Cena – John Cena wins by pinfall after a better than expected match to send everyone home happy.
