Later today, WWE will present SummerSlam live from Los Angeles, CA. PWBTS will feature results later today immediately after the PPV. Here are some quick predictions:

Matches include:

The main event and the show's money match is Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar. This is the match that has been built up slowly and gradually, with the excellent angle involving HHH, Stephanie McMahon, Paul Heyman, and Brock Lesnar, and the payoff "armbreaking" angle involving HBK on the go-home RAW... WWE Championship.

WWE Champion CM Punk vs. John Cena vs. Big Show - this comes down to who WWE sees as the best champion to headline against The Rock at Royal Rumble 2013. Cena's the safe choice, because he's had a good match with The Rock already, which may be why he goes over. If Punk goes over, WWE is sfinally ready to go all in with him.

World Heavyweight Championship - World Champion Sheamus vs. Alberto Del Rio for the World Title- Alberto Rio defeats Sheamus and finally starts getting his long-overdue push.

Chris Jericho vs. Dolph Ziggler - Logic says that Ziggler goes over in this match, since Jericho is leaving shortly to go on tour with Fozzy. This might be the sleepr match of the show.

Kane vs. Daniel Bryan - The least interesting to me, even with Danielson being involved. Kane doesn't do that much for me.

For the Intercontinental Championship - Intercontinental Champion The Miz vs. Rey Mysterio - Miz goes over...he badly needs to in order to start re-building the reputation if the IC title...which was once the title in WWE for the best workers in the company, but in recent years has become an afterthought.

For the WWE Tag Team Championship - WWE Tag Team Champion Kofi Kingston and R-Truth vs. The Prime Time Players - Kingston/R-Truth retain, especially after the recent events with A.W. and the Kobe Bryant rape joke

Pre-show is the United States Championship match of United States Champion Santino Marella vs. Antonio Cesaro. It'd be nice to see Castagnoli go over, but don't hold your breath.

A reminder.... Combat Zone Wrestling will present "Down with the Sickness" Chris Ca$h Memorial Show on Saturday, September 8 as part of a doubleheader with EVOLVE at the Flyers Skate Zone, 601 Laurel Oak Road in Voorhees, NJ with a 8:00 pm belltime (preceded by EVOLVE which has a 5:00 pm belltime with doors opening at 4:30pm.

Matches scheduled:

* Ohio Is For Killers members Jake Crist/Sami Callihan/Nevaeh will take on the returning Super Smash Brothers

* In a rematch that turned heads at 'Tangled Web V', Rich Swann vs. Shane Strickland

* CZW World Tag champions The Nation of Intoxication indicated they would be defending the titles under "Freebird Rules"! And on September 8, it will be Devon Moore & Danny Havoc defending the titles against Gulak Campaign members Alexander James & Mr. Tofiga!

* CZW World Heavyweight champion MASADA vs. El Generico

* In a Chri$ Ca$h Memorial Ladder, Title Unification Match, CZW World Junior Heavyweight champion AR Fox faces CZW Wired TV champion Dave Crist

I also wanted to again include this little blurb again about 'Michael Morrice, a brave 13 year old from the UK, who is awaiting a kidney transplant. Michael is currently undergoing dialysis.

If any readers within the business (indies, WWE, TNA, puroresu, or lucha promoters or workers or even staff) or even fans... who would be willing to send a key chain or pen from the country in which they live... or just plain good wishes, please contact Michael and his mom, Sylvia, via the A HREF="http://www.facebook.com/MichaelMorriceTransplantSupport">Michael Morrice Transplant Support Facebook page. This isn't one of those chain deals....he's a real kid (who happens, as it turns out, to share my birthday)...not a mysterious someone looking to get some magic number of Facebook friends. He's just a 13 year old wrestling fan, with a mom who loves him, and who asked Petey for help. I thought I'd pass it on to all of you...

Some of you have already sent him good wishes, and many other things...if some more of you can be moved to do so, it'd be appreciated.

Until next time....
